Codes need their paired descriptions to be useful. Never infer a district from the town name alone.
Voter-history files are built for a different question. They contain county, precinct, voting method, election, IDs, and party, while leaving out names and demographic fields. Researchers can join a history row to the public file through NCID or the county plus registration number. That link shows participation only. It still reveals nothing about the selections on the ballot.
Confidential by North Carolina law. N.C.G.S. §163-82.10(a1) withholds Social Security numbers, dates of birth, driver-license numbers, submitted email addresses, voter-ID images, and the public agency used to register. Section 163-82.10B separately protects birth dates. A signature may be viewed but generally may not be copied or traced.
Protected Kernersville Voter Addresses
